Footwear Policy
If you try on the shoes but feel they don’t fit, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date. The shoes must be placed in a box and accompanied by a purchase receipt.

Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in future transactions or returns being rejected. If we choose to provide a refund after 30 days, or in the absence of proof of purchase, the refund will be applied to the counterfeit clothes gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
